In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, and paste the endpoint above. In ChatGPT, go to Plugins, add a custom MCP server, and paste the same URL. No account or key is needed at either end.

search_trips

Search WeRoad's group trip catalogue, which TravelTribe publishes. Returns trips with their next departure, duration, indicative price per person in EUR and age range. Use for any question about where to go, when, for how long or for how much.

(string) Free text matched against title, summary and destination.
country
(string) ISO alpha-2 country code, e.g. PE. Omit to search everywhere.
month
(string) Departure month as YYYY-MM.
maxPriceEur
(number) Highest acceptable price per person, in euros.
days
(string) Trip length band. One of: 1-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-14, 15+.
market
(string) Which language catalogue to search. These are different catalogues, not translations: each has its own trips, dates and prices. WE is English. One of: WE, IT, ES, FR, DE.

trip_detail

Full detail for a single trip by its slug, as returned by search_trips: itinerary, what is included, every open departure with its price, and the booking URL on WeRoad.

slug
(string, required) Trip slug, exactly as returned by search_trips.
market
(string) The catalogue the slug belongs to. A slug from one catalogue does not exist in another. One of: WE, IT, ES, FR, DE.

What it will not do

  • It does not book. WeRoad take the booking and the payment; the URLs returned here go to their site.
  • It does not report how many places are left. The catalogue says whether a departure is open, not how full it is.
  • Prices are per person, indicative, and quoted in the currency WeRoad set. The final figure is confirmed at their checkout, where any running promotion is applied.
